Losing someone close to us is, sadly, something we all encounter at some point in our lives.

Grief is a natural response to loss. It's the emotional suffering we feel when something or someone we love is taken away.

At this sad time, you probably don’t feel up to planning a service for your loved one, which is why, as a civil celebrant, I will be there on hand to advise and guide you from the first contact, right up to the day of the service.

Following an initial meeting and chat, where we will have talked about music, readings, poetry and the eulogy etc. plus anything else you might like to include, I will produce and send you the first draft. You will then have the chance to read it through and make any alterations/additions until in the end you have your unique service, which will be delivered with care and dignity and will celebrate a life lived.

You will also receive a bound copy of the service.
